Get Behind Me Satan

Who is this Satan?

He is a villain who has been around for thousands of years and is wreaking havoc on planet earth. He was created a beautiful, powerful, and intelligent being. Unfortunately, he rebelled and has been using his God given gifts to inflict misery on mankind. He has a vast network of demons that do his bidding in a spiritual warfare and the battleground is in our mind. They are constantly studying us and plotting against us. People don't believe they exist which makes them even more dangerous.

What does God say about this?

He is the Creator of all things and He's been around longer than anyone. His original plan was for us to live in the Garden of Eden but Adam and Eve sinned and here we are. He has angels at His disposal who assist us with our battles against the dark side. Those who believe in Him receive the Holy Spirit to guide them through their journey on this earth and gets them to Heaven when their tour of duty is concluded.

What is this Book about?

I started writing this Bible-based fiction novel after the first anniversary of the 2004 Tsunami when people blamed God for it. Everybody has been trained to blame God while Satan gets away with murder, literally. No one asks why there are so many good things in this world.

The novel tackles questions like; "Who is behind all the bad things, God or Satan?” and “Why a powerful God allows pain and bad things to happen?".

As a bonus, the characters, natural and supernatural, go through the Rapture and live out the thrilling events of the book of Revelation. There are interviews with unsaved souls resident in Hades and Hell including the final Great White throne Judgment. Also, interviews with the good guys having their rewards in Paradise, Heaven, the Millennium and beyond. They experience the Judgment Seat of Christ according to the Jesus rewards rules. Then, they enjoy the Lamb's Wedding and Supper. Later, they go to war at Armageddon.

Throughout the story, it is shown how Satan and his army are involved in world's events and our lives. The book shows the history of Satan from the beginning to the end of time. Those who overcome Satan and do get to the cross and get born again, confirm their reservation to Heaven. Those who fall for Satan's lies and get defeated by him, end up in Hell - a place where only Satan and demons were supposed to go to.

What is the Author's background?

I loved the Lord ever since I was a child and always wanted to know more about Him and the Bible. But I became a born again in the last couple of years and wanted to serve the Lord. When I started writing this book, the devil I thought I knew took off the gloves and started hammering me and my family down. It took two long and unpleasantly strange years to finish the book. It is written to ultimately glorify the Lord Jesus.

Dose Satan have power over us?

Does Satan (the god of this world) have power over us and our world?

Most Christian scholars say that Satan has no power over us and that a worm has more power than he does because he doesn't have a physical body.

That is true to some extent. But then when we read the account of Job, we see Satan getting a green light from God to kill Job's cattle and servants. Then Satan killed Job's sons and daughters. When that wasn't enough to shake Job's faith, Satan afflicted him with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head.

How about the magicians in Pharaoh's time, how did they manage to make their sticks/staffs turn into snakes? Did the magicians have special powers? We know that Moses's staff turned to a snake by the power of God and killed the other snakes. But where did the magicians' power come from?

What about the possessed man of Gadarenes who was able to break his iron chains. Did he have this kind of strength or did Legion, the demons, give him his strength? We know that Samson was given a special gift of strength from God that he used to conquer Israel's enemies. But where did the possessed man get his strength from?

Finally, we know from the book of Revelation that the false prophet will bring fire from heaven and the Antichrist will be fatally wounded in the head but then he will recover or get resurrected. Our Lord Jesus was resurrected by the power of God. By what power then does the Antichrist get his fake resurrection.
